If you are using Google Code and looking for your Subversion password, it is not the same as your google account.

Your password is the same for all projects and the way you get your password is clicking the Profile link in the upper right hand corner of any code.google.com page.

Then click the settings tab.

Alternatively, you could just go their directly:
https://code.google.com/hosting/settings
